The location was good, it was next to things.
Breakfast was bad, I found it cheap with nothing I have ever seen. My room had a coffeemaker, but it was broken so no coffee could be brewed. The mini kitchen in the bathroom seemd weird.

The room included a cute little coffee maker with real ground coffee (what a pleasant surprise!). Breakfast in the garden was fabulous. I also appreciated the location right across the street from a little beach and steps from the southernmost point.
The garden was busy with non-resident visitors occupying tables and loud music playing until 8pm daily. This activity.

The room was spacious, clean, and very pretty, with attention to detail. It offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Everything looked well-kept.

The location was nearly perfect, offering proximity to the ocean and the Southernmost Point Marker. Access to other places of interest was relatively easy. The hotel is located at the quieter end of Duval Street.
